Mr. Rajesh Kundapur (Rajesh) is a founder of Riotech Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Rajesh graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Kuvempu University Karnataka, India. He has 20 plus years of extensive experience in engineering domain that includes technical publications, manufacturing engineering and design support.
Rajesh started his career in Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd. (HAL) in 1997 as a production engineer. Later, he worked with premier engineering services companies includes Mould Crafts Pvt. Ltd., Infotech Enterprises and Tech Mahindra.
Rajesh was instrumental in building teams and developing business for various global customers including Airbus, Textron, Zodiac and Pratt & Whitney. His experience and expertise areas are business development, competency management and program management related activities.
Advisor and Consultant
Mr. Ashok Sanmani (Ashok) is a passionate engineer with rich experience in aerospace engineering domain. He holds a bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from Karnataka University, India. After completion of graduation he joined HAL and worked for two plus years. Later, he worked for India’s premier engineering services companies includes Cades Digitech, TCS, Quest Global and Tech Mahindra. He was very instrumental, was part of core engineering team, has impressive track record in building teams and competencies in the companies he worked.
Ashok has 18 plus years experience with strong experience in aircraft structures and interiors. He has well-versed knowledge of advanced metallic and composite materials. His aircraft working experience includes projects and work package of Airbus A380, A400M & A350; Boeing 787 and Domestic programs IJT-36 and SARAS. Ashok has wide range of experience that includes from conceptual phase to in-service phase.
His experience and expertise areas are customer relationships, competency building and delivery management.
Advisor and Consultant
Mr. Dinesh Bhandari (Dinesh) graduated in mechanical engineering from Bangalore University, India. He has 23 plus diversified experience in aerospace engineering with specialization in design of aircraft structures and worked for domestic and international programs. In last 2 plus decade time Dinesh was associated with National Aeronautics Laboratory (NAL), Plexion Technologies, Safran Aerospace, HCL Technologies, Tech Mahindra and L&T Technology Services.
Dinesh has commendable experience in building teams for larger size, management of complex projects, outsourcing work to Indian vendors and has good track record of winning business.
Dinesh experience and expertise areas are program management, business negotiations, vendor development & customer relationships.
Dinesh is currently a partner with a manufacturing company called Toolelement Engineering, who manufacturers injection mould/ die casting moulds.
Technical Manager

Over 20 years of total experience in manufacturing of aircraft structural components which includes frames, longerons, wing ribs, spars & fuselage assembly .
Commendable experience in handling CNC machine shop and CNC Programming team .
Co-ordinated and had technical interactions with customer & internal cross functional teams during first article proving/tool proving .
Experienced in Developing fixtures & machining strategy during first article proving activity .
Contributed to reduce machining cycle time & machining cost (development of fixture to mill 5 axis component in 3 axis machine) .
Worked for global aerospace customers which includes Airbus, Boeing and HAL .
